摘要
针对高校院系资料室学科馆员制度的缺失,指出高校建立行之有效的院系资料室学科馆员制度,在有具体化的执行措施和办法的同时,必须构建起管理、目标、服务、激励和培训五个机制,以保障学科馆员制度在院系资料室的实施。
According to the lacking of the security mechanism of the managers in the departments’ reference library in colleges,pointing out the importance of establishing the effective security mechanism of managers in the departments’ reference library.It mentioned that with the specific implementation measures and methods,we have to prefect it from the following five aspects： management,aim,service and encouragement,so that we can make sure the security mechanism can be put into practice actually.
