摘要
目前,油气井特种增产技术发展很快,且种类繁多,但高能气体压裂技术仍然是一种主要的特种增产技术。而研究压裂过程的压力-时间曲线对深化其机理、提高其压效是必不可少的重要途径。高能气体压裂采用两种施工工艺:一是电缆下井,液柱压挡,地面点火的施工工艺;一是油管送弹,封隔器与液柱复合压挡,撞击引爆的施工工艺。针对这两种施工工艺,我们研制了三种测试仪。本文介绍了这三种测试仪,重点对他们的结构、特点、应用范围及应用情况进行说明。
At present there arc many kinds of special stimulation technology and they a re developed rapidly. The high energy gas fracture technology is also an important s pecial stimulation technology. In order to deeply research the machanism of the high en ergy gas fracture and improve the effect of the high energy fracture, you must study the pressure-time curve. There are two kinds of consturction processes of high ener gy gas fracture . One is sendingexplosive group by cable, keeping the pressure off by liquid column, ignitingat ground. The other is seading the explosive group by tube, keep ing pressure off by packer and liquid column,igniting at downhole by dropping. The t hree kinds of instruments we developed are directed against the mentioned pro cesses. In this paper,the application range and situation of the instrumentsare analysed a nd discussed. The principle, structure and features are emphasized.
