摘要
本文着重介绍单片机温度巡回监测系统功能、硬件结构和主要软件。该监测系统以 MSC-51 系列单片机为控制中心,外接温度传感器、A/D转换器、键盘、显示器、非易失性时钟、微型打印机、声光报警电路等装置构成,上电后自动复位,温度传感器将温度变化转换为电压变化,再将电信号放大接A/D输入端,单片机定时读取A/D转换结果到内部RAM,经数据处理后送显示器,实现被控温度的实时显示。系统具有日期修正、温度上下限、控温时间及自动打印时间间隔设置的功能,当实测温度值越限或控温时间到时,显示提示符同时启动声光报警装置及微型打印机记录数据信息。该系统具有操作简单、可靠性高的特点,可实现多点温度的实时采集、实时显示、实时打印以及报警控制。
The purpose of this article is to introduce a real time temperature monitor which uses the computer on slice as central processing unit, we are about to discuss the systems functions, software and hardware. In this system, temperature transducer make the temperature of the controlled changes converted to voltage changes, the amplified output electric signal link to the input of an high-speed analog-to-digital converter. The computer on slice products interrupt, read the A/D convert results into RAM in real time, perform calculation on the date and make the necessary decisions, the results display on LED which are used in real time. The system has function for install parameters, such as date, ranges of temperature, intermission of printing and the time of temperature control. As the temperature variations outside the ranges given, the warning device give an alarm and mini printer print out the results automatically.
