摘要
本文叙述了一种大型光测仪器水平轴系主轴的分体加工工艺。文中详细说明了这种主轴的结构特点、加工工艺过程的制订和对各组成件的附加技术要求,同时还给出了主轴的组装程序、同轴度检具的设计和操作方法、检测数据的处理和调整方法,以及这种加工方法所带来的经济利益。
This paper describes parts processing technology for the main axis of the horizantlc shafting of a large instrument of optical measurement. The structural characterises, the process formulation of processing technology and the additional requirements for every component of the main axis arc explained in detail. The paper also deals with the assembly procedure of the main axis,the design and the operational methods of the coaxial quality control device, the process of meaured data and the method of adjustment, and the economic benifits.
