摘要 目的:尿沉渣分析仪联合尿干化学分析仪与显微镜镜检测定尿中白细胞和红细胞结果的比较。方法:收集500份尿液样本,分别进行尿沉渣分析仪、尿干化学分析仪与显微镜镜检检测。结果:尿沉渣分析仪与尿干化学分析仪联合检测尿中白、红细胞和显微镜镜检检测结果阳性检出率较一致。三种方法对RBC检测敏感度稍高于WBC的敏感度。结论:尿沉渣分析仪与尿干化学分析法、显微镜镜检联合应用可以提高检测精确度,对泌尿生殖系统;循环系统;内分泌系统等疾病的诊断提供了可靠的数据。 Objective To compare the results of urinary sediment analyzer combined urine dry chemistry analyzer and microscopy in urine white and red blood cells. Method Total 500 urine samples were detected by urinary sediment analyzer, urine dry chemistry analyzer and microscopy, respectively. Results Urinary sediment analyzer and urine dry chemistry analyzer joining detection in urine white and red blood cells was consistent to the positive rate of microscopy. The detection sensitivity of three methods in RBC was slightly higher than WBC. Conclusion Urinary sediment analyzer and urine dry chemistry analysis,microscopy in combination can improve the detection accuracy, and provide reliable data for the diagnosis of diseases in the urinary and reproductive, circulatory and endocrine systems.
