经皮微创LCP内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的:经皮微创LCP内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:对20例胫骨远端骨折患者采取闭合复位,小切口手术入路植入胫骨远端LCP。结果:20例获得随访,平均随访16个月,骨折均获愈合。临床愈合时间14周,按Johner-Wruhs评分法,功能优14例,良5例,中1例,差0例,优良率95%。结论:微创锁定钢板内固定手术创伤小、不良反应少、固定牢固、骨折愈合率高、符合生物学固定原则,能用于治疗大部分类型的胫骨骨折。
