有效沟通是工程价值传递成功的保证。简要分析了乔哈里视窗(Johari window)与有效沟通的联系以及在工程价值管理中的应用,探讨了业主方在有效沟通中的主导作用以及参与方的互动作用,以保证沟通的有效性和工程价值传递的成功。
Effective communication will ensure that the project value is transited successfully. The paper analyed the relationship between Johari window and effective communication, and the main role of the owners in the communication and the role of the participants in the interaction is discussed to ensure the effectiveness of communication and the successful transition of the project value.
