摘要
运用扫描电镜、金相检验和力学性能测试方法,对冲击性能不合格的516Gr70钢板进行了观察和分析。结果表明,钢材内部的带状组织和粒状贝氏体组织是导致钢板冲击性能不合格的主要原因。经适当的热处理工艺处理后,钢板的冲击性能有所改善。
SEM, optical metalloscope and mechanical property test were employed to investigate 516Gr70 steel plate with unaccepted impact property. The experimental results indicate that the non-homogeneous grain size and bainite microstructure in the steel lead to undesirable impact property. After heat treatment, the impact property of the steel improves.
