摘要
利用日立Ｚ－８０００型原子吸收分光光度计测定了“免疫增强散”和其中七味中药中Ｋ、Ｎａ、Ｃａ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｎ、Ｚｎ、Ｃｏ含量，利用７２２型分光光度计测定了Ｐ含量，利用日立８３５－５０型氨基酸自动分析仪测定了各样品中的１７种氨基酸，采用国标法测定了各样品中的粗蛋白质、粗纤维、粗脂肪、粗灰分。
