摘要
2006～2008年在黑龙江省3个不同生态区以肇东苜蓿为对照,对黑龙江省畜牧研究所选育的100号苜蓿新品系进行了区域试验。结果表明,100号苜蓿新品系适应性广、生长速度快、抗寒、抗旱、抗病虫性能显著,草质柔软,初花期蛋白质含量20.19%,饲草品质好。新品系平均干草产量为8210.06～10188.78kg/hm2,比对照(5680.92～6723.86kg/hm2)增产24.74%～27.50%;平均种子产量为225.39～325.97kg/hm2,比对照(215.17～289.50kg/hm2)增产6.56%～12.60%,是寒冷干旱地区建立人工苜蓿草地和良种生产的优良种质材料。
During 2006 to 2008,a regional trial of new strain of alfalfa Longmu 100,bred by Heilongjiang Animal Husbandry Institute,was carried out in three different ecological zones in Heilongjiang Province,using Alfalfa Zhaodong as control.The results showed that alfalfa Longmu 100 grew fast,had wide adaptability,cold resistance,drought tolerance and pest resistance,the quality of the grass was soft,protein content was 20.19% at early flowering stage,forage quality was good.Average hay yield of alfalfa Longmu 100 was 8210.06 - 10188.78kg/hm^2,increased by 27.50% - 24.74% compared with control alfalfa Zhaodong（5680.92 - 6723.86kg/hm^2）;average seed yield was 225.39 - 325.97kg/hm^2,increased by 6.56% - 12.60% compared with the control alfalfa Zhaodong（215.17 -289.50kg / hm^2）.Longmu 100 was an excellent alfalfa to establish artificial grassland and produce seed for fine varieties of alfalfa in cold and arid areas.
