摘要
目的:调查肿瘤科复方苦参注射液用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:选取肿瘤科2008年9月～2009年5月使用过复方苦参注射液进行治疗的住院患者92例,对复方苦参注射液的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:复方苦参注射液在临床上存在超剂量使用、超疗程使用、溶媒选用不当及不按说明书使用的现象。结论:肿瘤科复方苦参注射液不规范使用的情况须引起重视,用药调查分析对指导临床合理用药有重要意义。
Objective： To investigate the situation of Compound Kushen injection application in tumor patients and promote rational clinical drug use. Method ： Ninety-two cases of tumor in-patients from September 2008 to May 2009 were selected and a statistical analysis was done on the use of Compound Kushen injection. Result： The off-label use of Compound Kushen injection included overdosage, over course of treatment, unsuitable solvents etc. Conclusion： The irrational usage of Compound Kushen injection in tumor department should pay more attention. Investigation and analysis of drug use can provide information for clinically rational use of drugs.
