摘要
目的:观察复方虎杖烧伤凝胶的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:采用不同的炎症和疼痛模型观察复方虎杖烧伤凝胶对实验动物的抗炎、镇痛作用。结果:复方虎杖烧伤凝胶能有效降低小鼠毛细血管通透性,明显减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀及蛋清所致的大鼠足趾肿胀。镇痛实验表明复方虎杖烧伤凝胶能使醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数明显减少,扭体反应的潜伏期显著延长,并提高小鼠对热刺激的痛阈值。结论:复方虎杖烧伤凝胶具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective: To study anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of compound rhizoma et radix polygoni cuspidati burn gels. Method : Different inflammatory and pain models were made to investigate anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of compound rhizoma et radix polygoni cuspidati burn gels. Result: The capillary permeability of skin in mice was inhibited remarkedly, and the ear edema of mice resulted by dimethyl benzene and the inflammatory paw swelling of rat induced by egg white were lightened by compound rhizoma et radix polygoni cuspidati burn gels. The analgesic study showed it reduced the number of body sprain and prolonged the sprain incubation period of mice caused by abdomimal of acetic acid, and also improved the pain threshold of hot stimulus in mice. Conclusion: Compound rhizoma et radix polygoni cuspidati burn gels has significant effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
