摘要 针对目前国内电力企业提升用户供电可靠性及客户服务质量的需求,探讨了电力故障抢修管理系统(TCM)的设计与建设,研究基于地理信息平台GIS的故障抢修业务分析及流程优化,探索在一体化电网平台基础上的故障抢修协同工作管理机制,通过系统建设实践,实现故障准确定位、工单自动过滤、抢修资源合理调配、抢修方案智能化辅助决策等高级应用,提升故障抢修效率和优质服务水平。 Aiming at the requirement that domestic power enterprise currently promotes the reliability of power supply and the service quality for the customs,the design and construction of the electric power failure emergency reparation management system were discussed.The failure emergency reparation business analysis and procedure optimization based on the geographical information platform(GIS) were studied and the failure emergency reparation cooperative work management mechanism on the basis of integrated grid platform was explored.Advanced applications,i.e.accurate failure location,automatic filtration of work orders,reasonable deploying of emergency repairing resources and intellectual auxiliary decision for emergency repairing schemes were realized through system construction practices,which promoted the efficiency of the failure emergency reparation and the level of high quality service.
