摘要
目的:慢性单纯性鼻炎选择性下鼻甲外移术治疗初探。方法:回顾选择慢性单纯性鼻炎及并发症(神经衰弱)施行了下鼻甲外移术的临床资料。结果:慢性单纯性鼻炎及并发症(神经衰弱)治愈率达100%,随访1年无明显变化。结论:慢性单纯性鼻炎病人症状即鼻塞致神经衰弱,在病人同意的情况,下鼻甲外移术应是最佳治疗方案。
Objective ：The chronic retinitis simplex rhinitis selective concha nasalis inferior offset technique treatment initially searches.Method：Review choice chronic retinitis simplex rhinitis and the complication （neurasthenia） have executed the concha nasalis inferior offset technique clinical material.Results： The chronic retinitis simplex rhinitis and the complication （neurasthenia） the cure rate reaches 100%,makes a follow-up visit 1 year to change not obviously. Conclusion：The chronic retinitis simplex rhinitis patient symptom is the stuffy nose sends the neurasthenia, agrees with the situation in the patient,the concha nasalis inferior offset technique to be the best theraoeutic schedule.
