摘要
抑郁症是一种严重危害人类健康的常见疾病，发病率和复发率高，不仅给患者带来极大的身心痛苦，而且给社会带来了极大的经济负担，因此，抗抑郁药物的临床使用引起人们的极大关注，抗抑郁药特别是疗效确切、安全性高的抗抑郁药的开发逐渐成了新热点。本文主要介绍临床常用的抗郁剂和抗抑郁天然药物，分析中药抗抑郁药物的优势与不足，说明抗抑郁天然药物开发具备较大潜力和广阔前景；并综合国内外抗抑郁药物临床治疗实践，了解国内外抗抑郁药物的市场现状，对中国抗抑郁药物的发展水平和市场有个比较清晰的定位，分析抗抑郁药物的发展趋势。同时，根据抑郁症的流行病学研究和市场人群对抗郁剂的需求状况，分析我国抗抑郁药物开发的可行性以及我国抗抑郁药物市场的不足、市场的机会、空间与和前景。
Depression is one of the affective disorders, which includes many psychiatric and somatic symptoms. Depression is an usual disease which can disserve humankind health. This disease causes high incidence and recrudesce. In this paper, natural antidepressants are introduced. Predominance and deficiency to Chinese traditional antidepressants were analysed to show the potential and foreground of natural antidepressants. Clinic treatment from home and abroad was integrated and studied. Meanwhile, according to depressive epidemiology research and marketing demands, the feasibility for antidepres- sants in China has been studied. Finally proposal was tabled that innovative drugs and natural antidepressants should be well developed .
