摘要 支链氨基酸是畜禽的必需氨基酸,有着重要的营养生理作用。本文就支链氨基酸的合成代谢、生理功能、与各种营养素之间的关系以及畜禽需要量作简要综述,以期为支链氨基酸在动物生产中的应用提供相应的理论参考。 Being the essential amino acid to the livestock, branched chain amino acid plays an important role in nutritional physiological functions. The anabolic metabolism, physiological functions, relation in BCAA and other nutritions and the livestock's required amount were briefly reviewed in this article, so as to provide theory reference to the application of BCAA in animal production.
