摘要
以饲料级赖氨酸盐酸盐为原料,与锌源反应制备赖氨酸螯合锌,将它作为新一代饲料添加剂。实验研究了不同锌源以及不同因素对赖氨酸螯合锌合成的影响。确定了最佳的反应条件为:pH=7,T=80℃,t=1h,产率可达98%。产品用红外光谱进行鉴定。
The zinc lysine, a new generation of feed additives, is chelated by feed - grade Lys · HCl and zinc source. The different zinc source and the different factors on the chelating lysine synthesis of zinc are studied in the experiment. The optional reaction conditions is determined as follows: pH =7, T =80℃, t = 1h, the yield is 98%. The product is identified by IR.
