摘要
对高校人才培养的两个要素——培养目标和培养模式的关系进行了分析。从学校的定位出发,摆出了目前办学中存在的问题,通过实例分析表述了产生问题的原因,提出了一些办学过程中的要更新的理念、改革的方向及解决问题的办法,并对修订教学计划提出了有益的建议。
In this paper, the relation between cultivating goal and pattern,the two Essential factors in College education,have been analysed.Starting from the point of localization of the college,the insufficiency in cultivating at present has been exhibited,the reasons that causing the insufficiency have been indicated through example.Some ideas which need to be renewed ,the direction of reform,and the way of solve the the problems have been stated.Some suggestions in revision the teaching plan have been given.
