摘要
地热资源的开发利用对于节约化石能源和保护生态环境以及促进低碳生活,可起到至关重要的作用。世界各国,特别是发达国家,都在开发地热资源。目前我国地热资源主要用于高温地热发电,地热供暖,医疗保健,洗浴旅游,种植养殖,工业生产等方面,尚处于发展阶段。以后应采取的策略是:理顺管理部门之间关系,加快相关制度建设;加大地热资源勘探投入,做好开发利用规划;加强科学指导,促进地热资源利用的可持续性发展;加强开采监管预警,保护地下水资源环境;建立统一的管理平台,促进地热资源合理开发利用。
The paper first introduces the utilization situation of geothermal resources in China,such as geothermal power,geothermal heating,medical care,bathing,tourism,breeding,planting,and industrial production.Then the paper elaborates the tactics for promoting rational development and utilization of geothermal resources,these include:rationalizing the relationship between administrative departments and speeding up the development of related systems;investment will be increased in geothermal resources exploration and making planning for development and utilization;strengthening the scientifi c guidance,and promoting sustainable development of geothermal resource use;intensifying early warning for mining supervision,protecting the environment of groundwater resources;establishing a unified management platform.
