摘要
眼科病理诊断不仅是眼科肿瘤诊断的“金标准”，也是评价控制性切除术中肿瘤是否切除干净的有效、快速的指标。微创手术活体检查及靶向治疗的发展促进了分子病理学的应用并衍生出药物病理学和靶向病理诊断学，其应用促使眼科病理学家参与肿瘤的治疗，对眼科病理医师及眼肿瘤专科医师提出了更高的要求。
Ophthalmic pathology is not only a golden standard in diagnosing ocular tumors, but also provides the effective and fast creteria for evaluating the completeness of excision. The development of pathological biopsy in minimally invasive operation and targeted therapy facilitates the application of molecular pathology, and then, stimulates the development of pharmacopathology and targeted diagnostic pathology. After the application of these novel procedures into the treatment of ocular tumours, the pathologists are required to take part in the tumor treatment, and it also demands higher level ophthalmic pathologists and ocular tumor experts.
