摘要
目的观察翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效.方法显微镜下采用翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗初发及复发性翼状胬肉473例(496眼),术后随访6个月～5a.结果479眼痊愈,治愈率96.57%;17眼复发,复发率3.43%;其中复发性胬肉复发10眼(2.02%),初发性胬肉复发7眼(1.41%).结论翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术简单易行,复发率低,是治疗翼状胬肉的有效方法.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in treating pterygium.Method Under microscope,we used the method of pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation in treatment of primary and recurrent pterygium 473 cases（496 eyes）,followed up after operation for 6 months to 5 years.Results 479 eyes were cured,the cure rate was 96.57%;17 eyes recurred,the recurrence rate was 3.43%;recurrence of these recurrent pterygium was 10 eyes（2.02%）,early onset pterygium recurrence was 7 eyes（1.41%）.Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation is a simple,and effective method for treatment of pterygium with lowrecurrencerate.
