亚临床甲状腺功能减退症——几个热点问题研究 被引量：16

摘要 亚临床甲状腺功能减退症（亚甲减）又称轻度甲状腺功能衰竭,是指无症状或症状轻微、血清甲状腺激素[三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）]水平正常、仅促甲状腺激素（TSH）水平升高的临床状态，有作者又将亚甲减分为TSH水平轻度升高（4．5～10mU/L，占80％，）及显著升高（〉10mU／L）2类。人口普查显示亚甲减患病率为3％-8％，随年龄增加而增加，女性高于男性，碘过量地区患病率高。
