摘要
19941997年对小麦籽粒胚乳细胞增殖与充实的生理基础进行了研究,结果表明:蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性高,丙二醛(MDA)含量低,光合功能强的花后叶片处理制造并输出光合产物多、胚乳细胞数多、粒重高.在胚乳细胞增殖阶段,籽粒中蔗糖合成酶活性低,有利于维持籽粒中较高蔗糖浓度,促进胚乳细胞增殖,而在充实阶段,较高的蔗糖合成酶活性有利于促进蔗糖向淀粉转化,继而促进光合产物向籽粒输送,提高胚乳细胞充实度,增加粒重.籽粒中吲哚乙酸氧化酶和POD表现为在胚乳细胞增殖期较高的酶活性有利于胚乳细胞增殖,在灌浆盛期,较低的酶活性有利于干物质积累和提高粒重.
The proliferation of endosperm cells and its reaction to cultural techniques were studied in 1994 to 1997. The treatment with high photosynthetic rate, high peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and sucrose phosphate synthetase (SPS) activities and low MDA content in leaves could produce a large number of endosperm cells and high grain weight. Low sucrose synthetase activity in grains during endosperm cell proliforation period was beneficial for increase of endosperm cell number, but high sucrose synthetase activity during grain fill stage was beneficial for transportation of carbohydrates to grains and raise of grain weight. High IAA oxidase and peroxidase activities in grains were beneficial for proliferation of endosperm cells during the proliferation period, but the low activities were beneficial for accumulation of dry matter in grains during grain filling period.
