钇金属茂与羰基铁茂复合催化甲基丙烯酸甲酯的聚合

The polymerization of methyl methacrylate catalyzed by mixed catalyst of carbonyl iron metallocene and yttrium metallocene

摘要 报道一种新的复合Ziegler-Nata催化剂—[(CO)2FeCp]2/[(CH3)2Si(CpMe)2YCl]2/Al(i-Bu)3催化甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)聚合的结果.研究了MMA/(Y+Fe)摩尔比、Al/(Y+Fe)摩尔比及反应温度对聚合的影响.结果表明,该催化剂具有较高的活性和较长的活性寿期,也许与复合催化协同效应有关.提高温度有利于聚合反应,在50℃得到了间同结构为67%左右的PMMA. A new mixed catalyst composed of [(CO) 2FeCp] 2 and [(CH 3) 2Si(CpMe) 2YCl] 2 with Al(i Bu) 3 has been succssfully developed for the polymeriation of methyl methacrylate(MMA).The affection to polymerization ,which is caused by the molar ratio of MMA/(Y+Fe),Al/(Y+Fe) and temperature,was studied in some detail. The results showed that this catalyst has higher catalytic activity and longer life of active center,which may be related with the cooperated action of two various metallocenes.Higher temperature is favourable to the polymerization.The syndiotactic content of PMMA is about 67.0%.
