摘要
以红柱石和矾土为主要原料,粘土为烧结剂,纸浆废液为结合剂。在1420℃×3h烧成制度下,研究了红柱石的细粉加入量对材料线变化率、耐压强度和抗震稳定性能的影响。结果表明:经1420℃×3h烧成后,红柱石分解出的针状莫来石晶体交结呈网络状,强化了材料的组织结构,改善了材料的物理性能。本试验中红柱石细粉的加入量为15%时,材料综合烧结性能最好,材料线变化率最小0.03%;耐压强度高达87.6MPa;抗震稳定性(1100℃水冷次数)32次。当红柱石细粉的加入量大于15%时,由于材料线变化率的过度增大,引起材料结构的松散,导致材料性能下降,如:材料线变化率最小0.12%;耐压强度60.5MPa;抗震稳定性(1100℃水冷次数)29次。
In this paper,andalusite and bauxite are used as primary raw materials,clay as sintering aids,sulphite waste liquor as binder.At 1 420 ℃ for 3 h sintering systems,the effects of andalusite power addition on properties of linear change rate,crush strength and thermal shock resistance are studied.The results show that the crystal of mullite has a good growth at 1 420 ℃for 3 h,it can strengthen the structure and play an important role in improving properties of the material when andalusite power addition is 15% in powder.Linear chang rate is 0.03%,cold crushing strength 87.6 MPa,thermal shock resistance 32 cycles(at 1 100 ℃ cold water).More than 15% additions of andalusite powder not only increase linear chang rate but also decrease its crushing strength and thermal shock resistance to some degree.Linear chang rate is 0.12%,cold crushing strength 60.5 MPa,thermal shock resistance 29 cycles(at 1 100 ℃ cold water).
