摘要
文章通过对海洋资源开发过程中的难易程度和急切程度比较分析,创立分析矩阵,并由此矩阵探讨不同海洋产业发展的路径类型形成规律,进而针对不同路径类型的海洋资源开发活动提出管理的侧重点。
By the comparative analysis of the marine resource performance history＇s difficulty degree and the anxious degree, this article established an analysis matrix, and discussed the forming rule of different sea industrial development＇s type of way, and then proposed the management emphasis in view of the different type＇s marine resource development operation.
