摘要
目的:探讨胎儿缺氧时,母体给氧治疗的最佳方案。方法:将2008年1月～2008年12月在我院住院的孕妇311例,随机分为治疗组213例和对照组98例。治疗组在胎儿缺氧时根据孕妇B超检查结果,胎盘附着面来调整母体给氧的体位,用胎心率监护仪监测氧疗效果;对照组按常规输氧。结果:本组患者凡是因为胎盘或脐带受压,以及增大子宫压迫母体大血管所导致的胎儿缺氧,通过用氧技术改进,取得了明显的临床效果(P<0.01)。结论:实施了以上新方法给氧,不但使胎儿循环动态改善,而且使母体血氧含量增加了,胎儿宫内缺氧短时间内得到纠正,加上胎心率监护对胎儿缺氧具有更高的灵敏度,使胎儿缺氧及时发现,及时挽救缺氧的胎儿,对保障母婴安全,提高自然分娩率和降低围产期死亡率大有益处,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aim： To discuss the best treating proposal that fetal anoxia and matrix is provided with oxygen. Methods： 31 llying-in women during January to December,2008 ,who were in hospital , can be divided random into 213 treating groups and 98 contrasting groups, the fetal anoxia appears in the treating groups, according to the result of the pregnant＇s type-B ultrasonic, the fascia adberens of placenta adjust the position where matrix is provided with oxygen when embryo is shot of oxygen and using the FHR invigilator surveies the effects of oxygen therapy, contrasting groups depend on regular position of oxygen therapy. Result： The patients whose placenta or umbilical cord are pressed and whose magnified uterus constricting the matrix＇s great vessels leads to the embryo＇s oxygen lack, get well by improving the skill of using oxygen. So the clinical effect is extremely obvious. Conclusion： Implementing the new way to perform oxygen therapy, not only improves the dynamic circulation of the embryo, but also increases the oxygen content of blood in the matrix. The embryo lacking oxygen in the short term is corrected and the FHR custody has higher sensitivity, so fetal anoxia is found and the anoxic embryo is saved in time, which contributes greatly to ensuring motherhood＇s safety, improving natural farrowing rate and reducing the death rate in the perinatal period, and thus has a broad applicational prospect.
