摘要
采用完全由扩散过程控制的乳液聚合法,制备了高固含量的聚醋酸乙烯(PVAc)纳米乳液。讨论了搅拌速率、反应温度、乳化剂种类及用量等对PVAc纳米乳液粒径、乳胶膜吸水率和乳液稳定性等影响,并采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了乳胶粒的微观形貌。结果表明:当搅拌速率低于100r/min、反应温度为55℃和w(十二烷基硫酸钠SDS)=2%(相对于单体质量而言)时,可制得30%固含量、粒径为60nm左右的半透明PVAc纳米乳液。
A polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) nano-emulsion with high solid content was prepared by diffusion- controlled emulsion polymerization. The influences of various factors,such as mix round speed,reaction temperature, types and content of emulsifier,were discussed on emulsion particle size or stability for PVAc nano-emulsion and water absorption of emulsion film. The micro-morphology of emulsion particle was observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM). The results showed that the translucent PVAc nano-emulsion with high solid content(30%) and about 60 nm (particle diameters) was obtained when reaction temperature was 55 ℃ ,mass fraction of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) emulsifier was 2% in monomers and mix round speed was less than 100 r/min.
