摘要
电子资源已成为高校图书馆十分重要的文献资源,是图书馆核心能力建设的重要组成部分。目前,我国高校图书馆电子资源基本上以集团采购的方式引入。集团采购的优势在于在节省了大量人力、物力的同时为国内高校图书馆引进了高质量的学术资源。我国高校电子资源集团采购经过了10年的发展,电子期刊、电子图书、二次文献、事实型数据库等各类资源已形成一定的发展规律和分布模式,而这些模式和规律将对未来产生深远的影响。
Electronic resource has become the most important part in the collection of university libraries. At present, consortium acquisition is the primary mode to introduce electronic resources of university libraries of China. Characters and strongpoints of consortium acquisition lie in saving human and matedal resources, and introducing high-quality academic resources for domestic university libraries. After ten- year development of consortium acquisition, e-journal, e-book, NI database and fact database have formed a kind of developmental law and mode, which will influence library construction and information services.
