摘要
目的探讨芜湖市第二人民医院医务人员发生职业暴露的原因,加强该院医务人员对职业暴露防护意识。方法通过查询登记资料的方式,分析该院720例医务人员发生职业暴露的原因、方式及暴露后的处理措施;近3年对医院医务人员调查培训共720人次,参加考试720人次;并对职业暴露损伤进行统计与分析。结果3年损伤人数共为268人次,其中80%为护理人员,20%为其他人员;她们主要为出血及切割伤。268例无一例感染。结论一线医务工作者对职业暴露的防护意识淡薄,应加强对医务人员职业暴露的防护知识的培训,增强医务人员对职业暴露的警觉意识。通过培训,广大医务人员对职业暴露防护意识大大提高;表明对临床医务人员的培训十分必要。
Objective To strengthen the protecting consciousness about accupational exposed of our hospital’s medical personnal by investigating the reason of accupational exposed.Methods The reasons and the ways of accupational exposed of our hospital’s medical personnal were analyzed and how to handle to it with face to face investigation and checking recording data was discussed.In recent 3 years,720 medical personnal of our hospital were trained and examined,their occupational exposed protecting consciousness was also analyzed.Results There were 268 medical personnal injured in the last 3 years,the 80 percent of them were nurses,the 20 percent of them were others.The main injure were haemorrhage and cut.There was no infection.Conclusion Some clinical medical workers had poor protective consciousness on occupational exposure,and no standard application of standard precaution principle.It was urgent to strengthen the training for medical workers on occupational exposure and enhance their alertness toward occupational exposurel.Through training,the occupational exposed protecting consciosness of the medical personal enhanced greatly.This meaned that the training to medical personnal in basic unit was very necessary.
