摘要
目的:探讨消毒供应室职业损伤的危险因素及其防护措施。方法针对易引起消毒供应室职业损伤的危险因素进行分析,加强职业损伤防护知识培训工作,制定并落实各项防护措施。结果:提高了供应室人员预防职业损伤的意识,各项防护措施落实到位,降低了供应室职业损伤的发生率。结论:重视消毒供应室人员预防职业损伤培训工作,加强职业安全管理,能最大限度的减少职业损伤的发生,确保工作人员的健康。
Objective： To explore the risk factors of occupational injuries and protective measures in Central Sterile Supply Department （CSSD）. Methods： The risk factors of occupational injury in central sterile supply department were analyzed. Staff was trained on injury prevention knowledge, and protective measures were developed and implemented. Results： The awareness of the occupational injuries prevention among staff in the supply room was improved. The protective measures were implemented to reduce the incidence of occupational injuries in CSSD. Conclusions： Staff training in prevention of occupational injuries and the occupational safety management is able to minimize the occurrence of occupational injuries and to protect staff＇ s health.
