摘要
ZM4300光学遥感器空间环境模拟试验设备为了满足对温度、真空度、污染量、振动及多种试验模式的要求,采用了一些新技术措施,包括:多种试验模式、污染综合控制技术、大尺寸热沉精确控温和高温度均匀性、热沉兼具液氮制冷和乙醇制冷(机械制冷)模式、多种液氮流程运行模式、卸载隔振设置等。
To meet the complicated require for space thermal environment test of space optical remote sensor,the ZM4300 space environment test facility employed some innovation technique ,which including multiple test mode,composite contamination controlling technology, single channel-double current heat sink, both liquid nitrogen and alcohol(mechanical refrigeration) cooling method,unload vibration isolation device and multiple liquid nitrogen running mode,etc. The test results had demonstrated that the ZM4300 space environment test facility can fulfil all of tasks in the space environment test for space optical remote sensor ,The performance index of space environment test facility have reached to leading level in our country.
