摘要
利用差速机构的两个输出轴分别带动纵剪机组中的两侧卷边机来卷曲废边,可使废边在卷曲过程中能够自动调整两侧张力,从而实现废边始终处在等张力状态下卷曲的目的,克服了带钢纵剪机组非张力卷曲和切成碎边存在的缺点,提高了生产效率。
Thanks to the solution of using the two output shafts of the differential mechanisms to drive the two lateral coilers of the slitting line to coil the waste edge, the tensions of both sides of the waste edge can be automatically adjusted during the coiling process. As a result, the waste edge is always coiled under a constant tension condition. Thus the shortcomings of the slitting line, i.e., the non-tension coiling and broken edge-causing cutting are overcome, and the shearing productivity enhanced.
