摘要
[目的]对痉挛型偏瘫患儿在进行康复治疗的同时,加强康复护理,可以提高治疗效果。[方法]对年龄在11个月～4岁之间的40例痉挛型偏瘫患儿在功能训练及按摩基础上进行康复护理,分别予正确抱姿、坐姿、穿脱衣物,进食进行康复指导。[结果]显效28例,缓解12例,全部有效。[结论]康复护理可以提高痉挛型偏瘫患儿康复治疗效果和自理能力,从而提高患儿的生活质量,减轻社会和家庭的负担。
[ Objective] Children with spastic hemiplegia during rehabilitation treatment at the same time, enhance rehabilitation care, can improve the therapeutic effect. [ Methods ] The patients, aged 11 months to 4 years old in 40 cases of children with spastic hemiplegia in functional training and rehabilitation care on the basis of massage, respectively, to hold the correct posture, sitting, wearing a strip material, eating guide the rehabilitation, rResult~] 28 patients with markedly alleviate the 12 cases, all valid. [ Conclusion] Rehabilita- tion care can improve the rehabilitation treatment in children with spastic hemiplegia effects and patient self- care ability, thereby enhancing the quality of life of children, reducing the burden on society and the family.
