摘要
利用功能陶瓷的电热原理制作发热体,通过对发动机缸内燃油加热点燃,从而提高柴油机在低温下的冷起动性能及降低蓝烟排放,此类陶瓷电热塞最快的发热速度可满足达到850℃的时间小于2S。为达到这一要求,需根据功能陶瓷的性能特点合理选择材料,合理进行配料的选择以及发热体烧结工艺的选择。此类特殊的陶瓷电热塞以其优良的发热特性优势和使用寿命的优势将会被越来越多的高端发动机产品市场所接受。
By using the electrothermal principle of functional ceramics to produce high-temperature,the fuel oil is heated to certain temperature by glow plug in the diesel engine cylinder,so that the engine starting performance can be improved at low temperature,and blue smoke emission can be reduced too.The fastest speed of ceramic glow plug heating up to 850 ℃ may be less than 2s.In order to achieve this requirement it needs to select different ceramic materials to fabricate glow plugs according to the ceramic performance and characteristics,and a reasonable choice of ingredients as well as the choice of heater sintering process are also very important.These kinds of special ceramic glow plugs possess excellent heating features and using life,and will be accepted in more and more high-end engine market.
