慢性高原病脑部CT表现与血红蛋白含量的对照研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨慢性高原病脑部CT形态特征并分析双侧大脑中动脉和上矢状窦密度和CT值增高与血红蛋白(Hb)含量间的关系。方法收集并分析10例慢性高原病患者与15例正常健康人脑部CT平扫图像进行比较研究,观察图像特点并测量其双侧大脑中动脉及上矢状窦的CT值,并结合72 h Hb含量值进行统计学分析。结果10例患者颅内血管密度均有不同程度的增高,尤其以上矢状窦和大脑中动脉为著。通过测量分析显示双侧大脑中动脉CT值、上矢状窦CT值与Hb值呈明显正相关性,相关系数分别为0.522和0.714(P值均<0.01);慢性高原病组双侧大脑中动脉CT值和上矢状窦CT值高于正常组,其差异具有显著统计学意义(t=6.834,P<0.01和t=7.153,P<0.01)。结论慢性高原病患者颅内血管密度不同程度增高,尤其双侧大脑中动脉及上矢状窦密度增高较为明显。 Objective To discuss the appearance and character of brain CT scan in Chronic Mountain Sickness and study the relationship between the density of brain vessel (bilateral middle cerebral artery and superior sagittal sinus) on CT scan and hemoglobin level . Methods Brain plain CT findings in 10 patients with Chronic Mountain Sickness (CMS group) were analyzed and the relevant data were compared with the normal adults group (15 person in this group) . To observe the pictures, CT value of the bilateral middle cerebral artery and superior sagittal sinus were measured and the hemoglobin level was estimated within 72 hours. Statistic analysis was made. Results The density of cerebral vessels were differently strengthened ( 10 cases) , especially the density of middle cerebral artery and superior sagittal sinus . An obvious parallel correlation existed between the CT value of cerebral vessels (bilateral middle cerebral artery and superior sagittal sinus) and the hemoglobin level (r = 0. 522 and r = 0. 714, both P 〈 0. 01 ). The CT value of bilateral middle cerebral artery and superior sagittal sinus were significantly higher in CMS group than that in normal group (t = 6.834, P 〈 0. 01 and t=7. 153, P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion The density of cerebral vessels in CMS were differently strengthened, especially the sign of middle cerebral artery density and superior sagittal sinus density.
