Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of 5-methyl-4-ethoxycarbonyl Furan Aminonitriles Derivatives

摘要 通过5-甲基-4-乙氧羰基呋喃氨基腈与芳醛反应,制得希夫碱,再采用NaBH4还原,合成了8个新型的5-甲基-4-乙氧羰基呋喃氨基腈衍生物.其结构经1HNMR,IR,EI-MS分析证实.生物活性测试结果表明,目标化合物具有一定的抗菌活性. Reaction of 5-methyl -4 – ethoxycarbonyl furan aminonitriles with aromatic aldehydes gives Schiff base,which is reduced with NaBH4 to provide 8 new 5-methyl-4-ethoxycarbonyl furan aminonitriles derivatives. Their structures are characterized by IR,1HNMR,EI-MS. The preliminary bioassays indicate that these compounds possess certain fungicidal activities against five kinds of fungi at a concentration of 200 mg/L.
