摘要 以廉价的吡啶为主要原料,通过联吡啶盐中间步骤合成高效酰化催化剂N,N-二甲基-4-氨基吡啶,并对产物的结构进行了FTIR认证.用GLC跟踪测试高位阻叔丁醇的酰化反应,结果表明:该催化剂具有很高的催化活性,3h叔丁醇转化率可达93%. Abstratt: N,N-Dimethyl-4-aminopyridine, as a highly effeicient acylarion catalyst. was synthesized by a conveniently twostep approach. That is, first, N-(4-pridinyl)pyridinate chloride salt (dipyridine salt) was prepared by treatment of 4-aminopyridine with SOCl_2, Second, DMAP was obtained by means of the reaction involving dipyridine salt and dimethylamine and was identified with FTIR. Then, acylation of tert-butanol (an acylation of high steric hindrance tritiary alcohol) was catalyzed by this substance and the catalytic activity of the DMAP was tested in terms of acetylation monitored by gas chromatography.
