摘要
分析了高黎贡山开发与保护困境,从形而上的层面论证了保护高黎贡山生物多样性的重要性,从形而下的层面提出了开发高黎贡山的基本原则,从工程伦理的视野提出了以大工程观为理论指导的保护理念与开发原则。
Through analyzing the development and protective dilemma in Gaoligongshan, the author demonstrates the importance of biodiversity protection in Gaoligongshan from the metaphysical dimension, proposes the basic measures and principles of developing Gaoligongshan, and summarizes the development and protection ideas directed by the large-scale engineering concept from the view of engineering ethics.
