摘要
目的探讨高危儿脑损伤(CCD)早期综合康复治疗的效果。方法对50例脑损伤的患儿进行中西医结合康复治疗(包括功能训练、感觉综合训练、中医推拿、物理和药物治疗等)。结果治愈35例(占70.0%),好转13例(占26.0%),有效率为96.0%;无效2例(占4.0%)。结论月龄在6个月内(尤其是在3个月内)的患儿,进行早期综合康复治疗,轻症患儿脑损伤很快康复,重症患儿能最大限度地减轻残疾的程度。
Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of high risk infants with brain injury. Methods Fifty infants with brain injury received the rehabilitation therapy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results Obvious effective rate was 96% in 50 cases, of them 35 （70%） healed ;13 （26%） improved,2 eases （4%） failed. Conclusion Within postnatal 6 months, especially postnatal less than 3 months, early comprehensive rehabilitation can be effective in treating infants＇ brain injury, and minimize the degree of disability in severe cases.
