摘要
调查研究了炼铁厂2座2536m^3高炉锌负荷和碱金属负荷的情况,其锌负荷分别为497,680g/t、碱金属负荷分别3.567,3.487kg,/t,已影响高炉生产。高炉最主要锌源是洗气灰,其次是重力灰和烧结矿返末,有必要实施脱锌处理。在生产过程中,还应密切监视高炉碱金属平衡,必要时应采取排碱措施。
The zinc load and the alkali metal load of two blast furnaces (BF) of Shougang iron making plant are studied. The zinc loads of the two BFs respectively are 497 g/t and 680 g/t, and the alkali duty are 3. 567 kg/t and 3.487 kg/t. Both the zinc load and the alkali metal load have affected the normal production of the two BFs. The washing-gas ash followed by the gravity gray and sinter powder are the main causes to the high zinc load. It is necessary to conduct the de-zinc treatment. During the production, the balance of alkali metal of BF shall also be strictly monitored and the alkali metal shall be properly removed at pudding time.
