摘要
在全球生态失衡和环境污染的情况下,野生动物感染、传播疫病的风险越来越大,传播途径越来越广,然而现在缺少一种强有力的对疫源疫病的发展进行监测、预警和决策支持的系统,因此开发野生动物疫源疫病决策支持系统显得十分现实和必要.本文基于SQL Server2005和ArcEngine建立决策支持系统,对各种监测数据和基础数据进行管理分析;发生疫情时,利用ArcEngine的空间分析功能进行预警分析,得到预警等级,做出应急响应,提供应急措施,为决策人员提供支持.
In the global ecological imbalances and environmental pollution situation,the risk of the wild animal infection and the disease＇s spread is getting bigger and bigger.However,when we need to monitor the epidemic disease＇s development and deal with it,we would find there is no such a system that we can use.Therefore the development of wildlife disease decision support system is very practical and necessary.In this paper,we establish a system based on the SQL Server 2005 and ArcEngine which can manage and analyze all of the monitoring data and basic data.While there is an outbreak,we can use the spatial analysis function of the ArcEngine to do early warning analysis.And then we can make emergency response and provide emergency measures for the decision – making people.
