摘要
当前高校为迎接评估而要求教师的教案中学化、标准化、格式化,出现了过度呆板倾向,可能阻碍挫伤教师的教学创新意识和动机,更不利于学生创新实践能力的培养。建议专家型教师教案与讲稿融为一体,要求在保持基本要素的前提下特色化,青年教师的教案与讲稿分离,要求基本要素前提下的现代化。同时,积极吸收现代教育理论特别是教育心理学理论,实现现代大学理念与教案设计的统一和谐。
Currently,in order to meet the assessment requirements,teachers' lesson plans are required to be secondary school-like,standardized,and follow the same format,resulting in the over-rigid tendency,which may hinder teachers' innovation awareness and motivation,and have a negative influence on the cultivation of students' practical innovation ability.The present authors suggest:expert teachers integrate their lesson plans with the lectures,making teaching characterized on the premise of maintaining the basic elements;young teachers separate their lesson plans and lectures,modernizing teaching on the premise of maintaining the basic elements;both expert and young teachers absorb modern educational theories,especially educational psychological theories,to realize the unity and concord of modern university concept and lesson plans.
