摘要
沼气利用作为一项实用技术对合理开发农村能源、改善农村生态环境、提高农民生活质量具有重要作用。为此,针对冬季气温低致使沼气池产气率和使用率较低等问题,设计了一种适合我国西南地区冬季使用的新型太阳能软体沼气池。该沼气池利用太阳能集热系统生产的热水,通过沼气池底部的换热器来加热料液,从而使发酵液温度升高,保证沼气池在冬季较低的气温条件下能较正常产气。试验系统的运行分析表明,在气温较低的地区利用太阳能加热制取沼气是可行的。
The use of biogas plays an important role in the rational use of energy in rural areas,and improves the rural ecological environment and people’s living quality. In the winter,because of low air temperature,producing and using methane would meet many difficulties. The paper presents a new technique of producing methane with solar heating,and develops the experiment system for producing methane with solar heating. Through analysis of the experimental data shows it is feasible to produce methane with solar heating in winter time.
