摘要
高职院校学生干部担负着联系师生桥梁、丰富学生课余生活、活跃校园文化氛围的作用。学生干部经历对学生的成长起到毋庸置疑的积极作用,而学生干部培训是端正学生干部态度、提高学生干部知识和技能、能力和素质、提高就业能力、就业质量的重要途径。本文针对当前高职院校学生干部培训效果不佳的现象,对高职院校学生干部培训面临的新情况、学生干部培训的重要性作了分析、指出了高职院校学生干部培训存在的问题、阐述了高职院校学生干部培训的相应对策,以提高高职院校学生干部培训效果。
Student cadres in vocational colleges lay an important part in the students' management. They play a role as a bridge between teachers and students. They can enrich student's extracurricular life and enliven campus culture. No doubt that the work exprience lays a positive role for the growth of students. And the student cadre training is an important way for student cadres to correct their attitude and improve their knowledge, skills, ability, quality and employability. In view of the ineffective phenomenon of current cadre training in vocational colleges, this paper analyses the new situation and the importance of training, points out the problems, puts forward some measures to improve the effect of student cadre training.
