摘要
企业社会责任作为企业完成经济职能和社会职能的重要手段,越来越受到重视。通过对企业社会责任的分析,针对企业履行社会责任现状的缺失,提出了企业社会责任法律规制的建议。
Corporation Social Responsibility is the main means to complete the economy and social service functions which is paid more and more attention. Based on the analysis of Corporation Social Responsibility and the lack of Social Responsibility, the suggestions of Corporation Social Responsibility law regulations are proposed.
