摘要
为了进一步提高校图书馆科技查新工作质量,本文基于我国高校科技查新工作现状,指出随着近年来我国高校图书馆科技查新工作的飞速发展,庞大的高校查新员队伍开展自我教育的必要性和意义,结合PDCA循环理论对科技查新员自我教育的实施策略给予分析和模型构建,对提高科技查新工作质量和推动高校科技查新工作发展具有积极意义。
The work of ST novelty search in university libraries has made a rapid development in recent years.In relationship to the present situation of this work,for the purpose of improving the quality and promoting the development of this work,bring forward the suggestion that it is time for the searchers to develop self-education now.Moreover,this paper analysed some measures of how to carry out self-education,based on the theory of PDCA,for the ST novelty searchers.
