摘要
目的:探讨360例咽异感症患者的常见病因及治疗方法。方法:对360例患者除行耳鼻咽喉常规检查及鼻咽纤维喉镜检查外,根据患者具体情况分别行相应物理检查以及相关治疗。结果:360例咽异感症患者中,共诊断出慢性咽喉炎,胃食管反流病,鼻窦炎等多种疾病;所有患者均根据病因进行治疗,随访3月以上,有效率达82.5%。结论:咽异感症的病因较多,只有查清病因,对症治疗,才能取得满意的效果。
Objective： To explore the common causes of pharyngeal paresthesis in Dali and treatment for the disease. Methods： In addition to routine examination of otolaryngology and nasopharyngeal laryngoscope, physical inspection and relevant treatments were applied to the patients suffering from the disease according to their specific situations. Results：360 cases of pharyngeal parenthesis were diagnosed with chronic laryngitis, gastro esophageal reflux disease, sinusitis and many other diseases; all patients are treated according to the causes of their diseases, and follow-up investigation lasting 3 months shows that the effective rate was 82.5%. Conclusion： Pharyngeal paresthesis may be caused by many factors, and the only way to achieve the hoped-for results, is to find out its causes and offer symptomatic treatment.
