摘要
人工流产术是避孕失败后的一种补救措施，近几年来，手术质量不断提高，但人工流产不全仍时有发生，若不及时诊断，拖延处理，可导致不规则阴道出血、继发感染，甚至引起大出血而危及生命。为此笔者将近年来本站发生的人工流产不全病例进行回顾性分析，现报告如下。
