摘要
目的：探讨应用超高频皮肤整形手术仪及Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗增生性瘢痕性瘢痕效果。方法：40例已趋于稳定增生基本停止的增生性瘢痕患者首先采用超高频皮肤整形手术仪清除增生部分瘢痕后，待瘢痕局部愈合良好后，采用Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗增生性瘢痕局部一疗程3—4次，每次间隔3—4周。结果：本组患者经联合治疗后瘢痕表面光滑，色素沉着淡化或消失，外观改善满意有效率达92．5％。结论：应用超高频皮肤整形手术仪及Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗增生性瘢痕是安全有效的方法，可获良好效果。
